About the Chorale

The mission of the Pittsburgh Concert Chorale, an all-volunteer, auditioned ensemble, is to expand the reach of the musical arts in the Greater Pittsburgh area through the presentation of varied choral performances at the highest level of musical excellence in order to entertain, educate, and enrich the musical experience of singers and audience alike.

Our History

Founded in 1985, the Pittsburgh Concert Chorale continues to build bridges of music throughout western Pennsylvania. The 100-member chorus is under the leadership of the highly-acclaimed director, Dr. Susan Medley, and aims to provide a diverse repertoire of choral music for a growing audience.

A Fundraising Opportunity for Non-Profit Organizations

Could you use a FREE ticket voucher for your fundraising event? If you have a silent auction, raffle, Chinese auction or the like, the Pittsburgh Concert Chorale is willing to donate a voucher, good for two tickets, for the best seats available at any concert of the season - a total value of $40.
Over 20 non-profit organizations, from libraries to garden clubs, took advantage of the Chorale's offer last season. If you are interested, contact the PCC Marketing Chair, Helen Houggy, at 412.487.5124 to make arrangements.
